Sunday mornings are always lovely. Having a bit of a lie-in, watching the plants dance around in the breeze. And when one does decide to get up, there's the usual Sunday breakfast.
So it has become a "custom" for me and E to rustle up a fluffy omelette, usually made with sun-dried tomatoes or porcini mushroom, with toast and freshly brewed coffee every Sunday, and read the newspapers leisurely. Ahhh...... the good life.
